^{Sean Rust is a Law and Public Policy Scholar at Temple University.  He has written a book that takes a deep dive into the world of geoengineering or what is commonly known as “weather manipulation.” Merely mentioning the idea of humans controlling the weather causes the average non-believer to camouflage their fear with claims that it is all a conspiracy theory.  But if it is all a conspiracy theory then why did the President of United States make such a bold claim in a public speech?}

^{Dr. Rust says that cloud seeding was first developed in the 1940’s by scientists working for General Electric.  They discovered that injecting silver iodide, dry ice and potassium iodide into clouds would cause rain.}

^{In 1967 during the Viet Nam War, the United States Army in conjunction with General Electric weaponized the weather.  They used planes to seed clouds in order to extend the monsoon rains.  This maneuver was called “Operation Popeye” and can easily be verified by a Google search.  The strategy caused wide spread flooding and successfully shutdown the Ho Chi Minh supply trail.}

^{The author admits that one of the most glaring acts of gilt was the “ENMOD” treaty, an international agreement in 1977 signed by major world powers including the United States. The agreement prohibits the use of geoengineering tactics for military purposes against foreign countries.  Meanwhile the mere existence of this treaty confirms the destructive capabilities of geoengineering.  Unfortunately, the treaty does not protect Americans from their own government weaponizing the weather to gain political or monetary advantages.}

^{HAARP stands for High frequency Active Auroral research Program.  It is a facility located at the University of Alaska.  The facility consists of 360 radio transmitters, 180 antennas 75 feet high and 5 powerful generators capable of focusing energy on any specific spot in the atmosphere.  Scientist say HAARP’s powerful antennas can manipulate weather patterns, trigger earthquakes and control minds.  There are HAARP facilities located in Area 51, Long Island NY, Puerto Rico, Peru, Brazil, United Kingdom, Norway, Russia, China, Japan, India, Austria, and the South Pole.}

^{Some scientists believe the advanced weather control techniques caused the six-year drought in California.  Many other scientists believe hurricane Katrina which devastated New Orleans on November 9, 2009 and initiated a huge land grab opportunity for the wealthy and displaced thousands of people was actually caused by HAARP.}

^{On October 10, 2024 an organization named Bioengineering Watch detected powerful electric energy frequencies steering hurricane Milton toward the Florida coast.  Milton made land fall on the East Coast of Florida from the Gulf of Mexico, continued North to Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina causing death and Destruction.}
